Open Letter to Trade Associations of India

Respected Industry Stalwarts ! This submission may shake you up and compel you to wonder how we all are being deprived of a substantial part of our valuable earning due to total inefficiency and folly of governments ! We are accustomed to pay a major portion of our hard earned income by way of Direct and Indirect taxes that take away almost 50% of our earning, e.g. 1.      Payment of direct tax   @ 30% . We paid to government Direct tax during 2018-19 a massive amount of Rs. 10.21 Lakh crores 2.     Payment of GST on all our purchases at almost 15%. Government collection in one month alone in April 2019 towards GST was Rs. 1.13 lakh crore (may exceed 14 lakh crore in current year 2019-20). We are mechanically and very faithfully going on paying these taxes without questioning the Government of the day. As per my research there is a very logical path that if adopted by Governments then we can be saved from this usurious reco

Roadmap to Tax-free India

Roadmap to Tax-free India Emergence of the notion that Nations can live without taxes This situation that nations can not only live but flourish by generating revenue from the huge bank of Natural Resources, Concrete assets, Financial Assets and Intangible assets like power to grant license, etc. has emerged as a sequel to my years of research how to evaluate and put a value to the assets of a country. I feel so gratified that ultimately God has rewarded me and now my research has culminated in to devising a methodology that shall enable evaluation of assets of every country.   This methodology explains in detail all related issues and runs into some 650 pages.   It is being brought in a document under the title “MONETIZING NATIONS” and is being sent for Copyright registration to Government of India. Thereafter it shall be put up at “INNOVATION” platform of Government of India for review by all concerned people not only in India but globally. This methodology shall prese

Open Letter to World Economists

Should Governments continue to live on Tax Revenue or Transform to generating revenue from huge stock of assets they possess now when an alternative is emerging? Every country is living on tax revenue that is extracted from their citizens ruthlessly, imprisonment not excluded. That is essential as Governments need funds to administer the country. But if now there is an alternative emerging whereby Governments can generate humongous amount of money from various kinds of natural resources and concrete, financial and Intangible assets they possess and control, should they not adopt it and relieve every person of pain of paying taxes?   The overall tax burden on every citizen living in any country – rich or poor, is substantial and it pinches even to the richest person on earth.   It is a new challenge I am throwing at all Economists of world. It is not in their job profile as Economists so I call it a new challenge. A couple of days ago I was conversing with my Doctor and t

Open Letter to Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change

Respected Dr Harsh Vardhan Ji                                                     21 May 2019 Heartiest congratulations for your projected win in the new Parliament. It is your good work, sir that has made your success possible.   I hope you shall continue in the same Ministry but even if you are entrusted with a new Ministry my request holds good. Sir, You will agree that paying taxes is very painful not only at the lower level of society but right up to the richest person or enterprise. It pinches everyone when a substantial portion of his hard earned income is taken away from him. Our tax burden becomes very substantial when we combine Income Tax and GST . Taken together they take a good part of one’s earning at whatever level he is. At the same time everybody pays happily for any Goods or Services that he BUYs to meet his particular requirement. So sir, I have started a mission to motivate our Government decision makers starting from Hon’ble Prime Minister, to all Minist

Open Letter to Media Stalwarts

Respected Media Stalwarts ! A few days ago I was conversing with my Doctor and the pain I found in her reflects the pain of every being – rich and poor, owner or an employee,   all alike. Her agony was that after putting in hard labor, day to night, she gets some meager amount as performance incentive but GST is deducted from that amount too and that is in addition to Income tax she pays and tax on everything that she buys. You and I too are paying all kinds of taxes but being accustomed of it and accepting it as a part of life we do not feel the pain. But believe me as a human being even the richest person feels the pain when he has to part with his hard earned money, and a substantial amount at that, by way of various kinds of taxes that take away virtually HALF of our earning. Process of taxation was started by Kautilya by imposing tax on land and was continued by successive rulers. British rulers made it more wide spread. The purpose of tax was to generate revenue for me
